What Airports can you make art for?
We can create artwork for any airport in the world that has adequate satellite imagery available. That covers almost any airport, from large national airports to small dirt airstrips.
Can I choose the Colors? What about customization?
Absolutely! That's one of the perks of commissioning new artwork. As well as allowing you to choose the colors you like, you can customize the print with anything else you can imagine. What to have the flight school you solo'd at highlighted? We can do that! Want to include your favorite pilot's name and solo date on it too? No problem! If you can imagine it, we can create it!
What do I get for my money?
Besides being able to customize your print to match your decor and taste, during the design process we will work with you to get exactly what you want. Up to 4 art proofs are included (we can do more on a case by case basis) and a final art proof will be provided for your approval before going to print. You will receive your print on any size poster paper you want up to 24x36" with free U.S. shipping. International orders will still have a nominal international shipping charge and will be responsible for any import duties or taxes that are imposed when you receive your print. Orders are shipped with parchment paper to protect the print, rolled in a poster tube.
What is the cost for new artwork commissions?
We charge a flat rate of $85 USD for new artwork commissions. This also includes one print of the artwork and U.S. shipping. Additional prints of the same artwork can be purchased with a discount when the order is finalized.
Can I use my commissioned art for commercial purposes?
All artwork commissions are for non-commercial use only and do not convey an exclusive use license or commercial use license. You are free to display them wherever you want, including in your place of business, flight school lobby, etc but you can not sell copies of commissioned artwork without a commercial license. Please inquire if you wish to sell prints, we offer favorable commercial use wholesale pricing for business to business sales.
